Train the Facilitators Conference - A Participant’s Perspective

Happening from the 29th of February to the 3rd of March "Train the Facilitator Conference" allowed me to delve deeper into the nature of the "Rule of Law Education Programme". I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from professionals in the field, and I am confident that the insights gained will significantly contribute to my effectiveness as a facilitator. During the training sessions, I realized the significance of teaching the rule of law in middle schools. Moreover, the project allowed me to enhance my practical skills and public speaking abilities, as I had the chance to test myself as a facilitator. The invaluable support of those who created an environment conducive to making mistakes was particularly impactful. They helped us grow as facilitators and identify our drawbacks for improvement.

One of the most exciting aspects was creating an actual classroom atmosphere throughout the training. Acting as a facilitator in such conditions was an invaluable advantage for us. Through this experience, we can be practically prepared to realize this project in the future. Additionally, I believe the connections I made with people from different countries during the training sessions will be crucial in my future career. Thanks to the event, I gained significant motivation to work towards realizing this project as the VP AA of ELSA Azerbaijan.
