Non-Formal Education and Rule Of Law

I attended the Train the Facilitators Conference for the second time. Having participated as a participant last year, the Conference provided me with invaluable insights into facilitation and ROLE. Transitioning from participant to facilitator presented a significant personal challenge. As I was supported by professionals the previous year, the prospect of helping others was initially a bit terrifying. However, as our training sessions progressed and the Conference approached, excitement gradually overshadowed any apprehension. It turned out to be even better than everything I could have imagined!

I enjoyed being able to work with the other facilitators. Despite not meeting them in person before the Conference, we quickly created an excellent synergy that made our collaboration a fantastic experience. Our collective energy has been spread with the participants, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made each session enjoyable. The exchanges with the participants were stimulating and insightful. I will cherish every moment of the Train the Facilitators Conference for a long time, as it filled me with a profound sense of joy and hope. Witnessing the dedication of the talented participants, all striving for the advancement of the Rule of Law, was truly inspiring. Once again, I could see the significance of ROLE, primarily because of its capacity to foster unity among us from all around Europe. Furthermore, the weekend was truly rewarding for personal growth. Thanks to the receptive and open-minded participants who offered me fresh perspectives on ROLE and facilitation, I gained valuable insights into my skills and further honed my facilitation abilities.
