ESG Report 2023 of ELSA Belgium

Dear Readers,

This ESG report aims to provide a snapshot of the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects of ELSA Belgium for the period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023. It is important to note that, being a small non-profit organisation, this report is intentionally less detailed than a comprehensive ESG report.

We recognize the constraints in the data available to us and have made efforts to present a concise overview of our primary activities and initiatives during this period. As a small non-profit, our resources and capacity for in-depth reporting may differ from larger organisations.

The purpose of this report is to convey our dedication to transparency and accountability. Moving forward, we aspire to enhance our reporting practices, promoting a more responsible approach. We hope that future boards of ELSA Belgium will commit to providing annual reports on our activities, fostering a culture of transparency and responsibility within our organisation.

Additionally, we aim to raise awareness among our local groups regarding essential ESG practices. With this report, we hope to inspire the broader ELSA network to embark on a similar journey towards sustainability and responsible reporting.

Ibrahim Diallo
President of ELSA Belgium
2023/2024
